Hart County Superior Court

Georgia does not use a county-level district court as the primary local trial court. For Hart County court-record pages, the primary trial court is Superior Court. Superior Court is Georgia's broad-jurisdiction trial court for felony criminal cases, divorce, equity, title to land, major civil cases, and jury or non-jury trials assigned to the court. Those judge offices help explain hearing assignments, circuit coverage, and court scheduling. They are not the main place to request copies of pleadings, orders, indictments, divorce decrees, or docket entries. Superior vs Lower Courts

Hart County court records split by jurisdiction. Superior Court is the broad trial court for felony, divorce, title-to-land, equity, and major civil matters. Federal Court for Hart County

Federal cases from Hart County do not move through Hart County Superior Court. Federal case access uses federal court systems such as CM/ECF and PACER.
